- Plan
Success requires a clear path to results. After an intake period the interim manager presents a result-oriented approach, taking into account critical success factors, challenges and opportunities for the organisation.
- Implement
For the execution, the interim manager forges consensus around credible and executable solutions as the success of the assignment depends on the participation and conviction of the teams across the organisation.
- Lead
Delivering results depends on leadership capable of sponsoring the Plan. Periodically Assignments & Interim Management will discuss the progress of the assignment and help the management team and the interim manager to implement the Plan successfully.
