The customer provides IT services to a number of large companies, managing their mainframe, storage, distributed systems, support, PMO, helpdesk, centralised printing ... The IT infrastructure Mgr has the allround responsibility the the daily operations and the implemetation of new projects. He is member of the board and reports to the CEO.
