Description

The work consists mainly in setting up regional/national contracts for industrial goods. Will collect the requirements from the sites and organise the whole purchasing project end to end. Includes also administrative processing of contracts, defining optimal call-off methodology to facilitate the purchase to pay process. Will work actively towards optimization by searching synergy, leveraging the groups size and strenght in searching highly competitive agreements. Rationalize inventories and manage supplier databases in cooperation with local purchasing. Industrial experience with general technical knowledge of chemical, metallurgical and mechanical engineering is an asset. Knowledge of purchasing and supply chain processes and techniques.

Specific Info

Knowledge of SAP MM and other purchasing applications is an advantage. Languages (English) and general computer skills. Location: Belgium
