  • Improvement of a logistics and supply chain policy

    Responsible for the re-engineering of the regional and product structure of the supply chain department of a multinational to a Central European multifunctional distribution centre. Development and installation of the adapted stock-keeping information systems (52.000 references). Implements the re-engineering in France, Belgium and The Netherlands. Improves the airfreight and express deliveries with an effective cost savings of € 1.200.000 out of a total of € 8.500.000.

  • Turnaround of a financial department

    Analyses and formulates recommendations following a thorough internal audit. Develops and implements a new accounts receivable policy including procedures and powers of attorney.
