Assignments & Interim Management NV is an independent company under Belgian law directed by ex-interim managers who combine extensive professional background with personal experience to provide pragmatic, no-nonsense and goal-oriented results in filling temporary management positions.
Created in 1997, initially as a part of Aeon Group NV, a human resources service provider, our company has operated independently since 2006.
- During these 10 years we evolved into an independent professional service firm with hands-on support to organisations facing operational situations demanding action, objectivity and real results.

- To fill in the management positions, Assignments & Interim Management NV relies on a database of more than 700 executives with a minimum experience of 15 years in an international professional environment.
Albert De Wilder, Managing Director of Aimanagement, is also President of Federgon Interim Management, the only professional organisation representing key providers in all three regions of Belgium.
